(HealthDay News) -- Psoriasis is a chronic skin disease with no cure, but living a healthier lifestyle can help you control symptoms such as itching and flaking.
The National Psoriasis Foundation offers these suggestions for healthier living, despite psoriasis:
- Find healthy ways -- such as yoga or meditation -- to manage your emotions and stress.
- Get plenty of daily physical activity.
- Make gradual changes to your diet to help you eat healthier.
- Seek help when you need it from friends and family.
