Madison Strategies Group is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. It was founded by a group of workforce development professionals to build upon outstanding business-driven service delivery practices and replicate them on a wider scale.

Our mission is to create opportunities for individuals to build stable and productive lives through education, training and professional development experiences that support an evolving business environment.

Dale Grant, Executive Director, and Chair of the Board. Ms. Grant is President of Grant Associates, a national, award-winning workforce development company with a diverse portfolio of services and populations. Previously, Ms. Grant was Vice Chair of The Segal Company, the nation's ninth largest human resources consulting firm. A graduate of New York University, Ms. Grant is a leading authority on business-driven workforce development strategies.

Bonnie Potter. Ms. Potter is Managing Director of The Lester Fund, a small family foundation that funds education, economic development and other programs that help women and girls access income-generating skills in Africa and Haiti.  Previously, Ms. Potter held leadership positions in non-profit organizations, labor unions, and NYC government. She was Executive Director of the New York City Employment and Training Coalition (NYCETC), a 200-plus-member association of workforce development organizations that train, educate and place unemployed New Yorkers in jobs.

Marilyn Shea. Ms. Shea is currently President of MShea Consulting, Inc., and previously served as the Regional Administrator for the U.S. Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration - Region II - serving New York, New Jersey and the Caribbean. Subsequently, she served as a senior executive at the national office of the US Department of Labor in Washington, DC where she oversaw the WIA Adult and Dislocated Worker Programs nationally as well as the US Employment Service. Ms. Shea also served as the Executive Director of the NYC Workforce Investment Board from 2004 to 2007.

Terryln Smock. Ms. Smock is Director of Paternity and Child Support, Virgin Islands Department of Justice. She was formerly Assistant Attorney General, Solicitor General Division, Office of the Attorney General, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Ms. Smock holds a BA in political science and a JD from Howard University. 

Richard Stricof. Mr. Stricof is a Certified Public Accountant and is a Managing Partner at Pemco Financial Services, a financial and tax services firm.  He was formerly with the international accounting firm of BDO USA where he served as a tax Partner-In -Charge of the New York City and White Plains, NY offices. 

Stephen M. Wing. Mr. Wing is President of WINGS (Workforce Innovations to Navigate Global Solutions). Following a 35-year career with CVS Caremark, Steve became President of Corporate Voices for Working Families where he served until December 2011. Steve has consulted with Wal-Mart, AARP, Purple Heart, Goodwill Industries, Corporate Voices for Working Families and numerous faith-based, disability, and educational institutions and coalitions.

Stuart Schulman. Mr. Schulman is an expert in technology-driven learning simulations. He is the founder of the CUNY Institute for Virtual Enterprise and the Center for Economic and Workforce Development. He has served as Department chair and senior administrator in the City University of New York and has been the Founding Academic Director of the undergraduate and graduate online business degrees at the CUNY School of Professional Studies. Mr. Schulman holds an MBA in International Management from New York University and an EdD from the George Washington University.
