The Office of Tax Policy produces reports to promote the understanding of the US Internal Revenue Code and specific tax proposals. These reports are listed here. This section also includes other reports by the Department of the Treasury that were written in conjunction with Office of Tax Policy staff. (Reports mandated by Congress are available here.)
