Answers to Common Questions

Will I receive a notice for each bond information return I filed?
Yes, we'll send you a separate acknowledgement for each tax-exempt bond information return you filed.

What should I do if I have any questions?
Please call the Tax Exempt and Government Entities' Customer Account Services at the number given on your notice if you have any questions about your return or your notice. When speaking to our representative, please be prepared to provide the tax period and the report number printed on your notice.

Tips for next year

You do not need to include an extra copy of the return or a request for an acknowledgement the next time you file. We do not need two copies of your return and we will send you automatically a letter requesting acknowledgement of any filed return.
