Enrolling for eFolder Access: Information for Representatives

Online access to eFolders is now available for Hearing and Appeals Council level cases. If you have not done so, consider enrolling for online access to your clients’ eFolders.

• Appointed Representatives requesting access to the eFolder must have cases pending at the Hearing or Appeals Council levels.
  
  
• Enrollment for access to eFolders is a multi-step process, and must be conducted in-person to meet SSA authentication requirements.
  
  
• ODAR maintains a list of all representatives who have expressed interest in enrolling for access to eFolders.

If you are an appointed representative who has claims pending at the Hearing or Appeals Council levels and you want to enroll for online access to your client’s eFolders, please contact a hearing office and ask them to place you on the list of representatives who would like to receive an invitation to enroll.
