After a customer receives an official price quote, full payment must be made in advance to ESTSC before an order can be processed.

Payment Options

U.S. currency using financial instruments drawn on U.S. banks (checks, electronic funds transfers)

Valid credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Private Issue, and Bravo) If ordering by credit card, please PRINT, complete and return the Credit Card Order Form to the ESTSC.

ESTSC staff will begin to process an order for scientific and technical software once the payment and signed site license agreement are received. If the forms are not in order, ESTSC will contact you. No further action will be taken until all required information and/or payment is received. Orders are processed within three to five business days.

Delivery of Software

The software package will be delivered via First Class U.S. Mail unless otherwise requested. If express delivery is requested, your account will be charged for any additional costs. Orders are processed within three to five business days.
