Operations Technology Group

The Operations Technology Group is responsible for the monitoring and support of NERSC's High Performance Systems, data storage systems and of the Energy Sciences Network (ESnet) to ensure their accessibility, reliability, security and connectivity. They act as the first point of contact for diagnosis, problem reporting, resolution or escalation as well as the internal points of contact for NERSC and ESnet groups and vendors. This group is onsite 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
