OSHA's Madison, Wisconsin Area Office co-hosted a half-day workshop in Spanish on OSHA's revised requirements for fall protection in residential construction on Saturday September 10, 2011 in Madison. OSHA worked with several organizations to plan this event, including the Latino Academy for Workforce Development and the Madison Latino Chamber of Commerce. More than 25 Spanish-speaking construction workers from the area attended to learn about the new OSHA requirements, fall protection gear and equipment, and the hazards of suspension trauma. Presentations were given by Luis Ramos-Morales, a Compliance Safety and Health Officer from OSHA's Milwaukee, Wisconsin Area Office, and by a representative from the Wisconsin On-site Consultation Program.

As of February 2012.
