NTSB CHAIRMAN JIM HALL TO DISCUSS "THE STATE OF CHILD PASSENGER SAFETY IN AMERICA"

National Transportation Safety Board Chairman Jim Hall will speak at the opening Plenary Session at Lifesavers 2000: The National Conference on Highway Safety Priorities, on Monday, March 13, in Atlanta.

Time: Approximately 9 a.m. EST.

Location: Hyatt Regency Atlanta, 265 Peachtree St., N.E., Centennial Ballroom.

Topic: The State of Child Passenger Safety in America. How the nation is failing to protect its future and most precious resource and the steps that can be taken to fix the problem by the federal, state and local governments, the automobile and insurance industries, automobile dealers, child restraint manufacturers and safety advocates.
