JCOC in Djibouti
Todd Thompson of Joint Civilian Orientation Conference 73 arrives in Djibouti, Africa, the first base in a week-long tour of the U.S. Central Command's area of responsibility. After being greeted by base command staff, the group received presentations on U.S. Special Operations capabilities, explosive ordnance disposal operations, and U.S. Army training of Djibouti military personnel.
