2010 Examiner Training Kicks Off

Tuesday April 27th will start the annual month long training period for the 2010 Board of Examiners. Week 1 will see a total of 117 Examiners pass through the classrooms at the National Institute of Standards and Technology in Gaithersburg, MD. Of this group, 37 will be New Examiners and 40 will be Senior or Alumni Examiners; each of these groups receives specialized development experiences on Tuesday prior to joining the full group for three days of intensive work applying the Baldrige Criteria to this year’s case study – NuGrain Laboratories.

This year’s Board of Examiners will be the first to have access to the Baldrige On-line Scorebook Solution (the BOSS) which is intended to reduce many of the non-value added aspects of constructing a Baldrige Scorebook.
