Assessment of Leadership Attitudes about the Baldrige National Quality Program

This assessment examined the attitudes and perceptions of senior leaders toward the Baldrige Award and the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence. The organizations included in the assessment ranged from Baldrige Award recipients who had the highest level of involvement with the program to those with little or no program involvement. In-depth telephone interviews and online and telephone surveys were used to collect feedback from senior leaders in these organizations.
