The winner will be invited to attend the 2012 Congressional Art Competition: An Artistic Discovery Opening Exhibition on Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at the U.S. Capitol, where his or her work will be displayed in the hall leading from the U.S. House office buildings to the U.S. Capitol for one year.

On Tuesday, March 22, 2011, Congressman Rob Woodall (GA-07) visited the Gwinnett School of Mathematics, Science and Technology (GSMST) in Lawrenceville with Gwinnett County School Board Member Louise Radloff. Mrs. Radloff is the longest serving member of the Gwinnett County School Board and has played an integral role in the improvement of Gwinnett Schools since 1973.
