Nov. 3, 2011 — Illegal alien sentenced to 40 months in federal prison

An investigation by ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) resulted in a Mexican national being sentenced this week to 40 months in federal prison for illegally returning to the United States after being deported twice. Full Story


Nov. 3, 2011 — Co-founder of NinjaVideo.net pleads guilty to criminal copyright conspiracy

Earlier this week, a co-founder of NinjaVideo.net, a website that provided millions of users with the ability to illegally download copies of copyright-protected movies and television programs in high-quality formats, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit copyright infringement. Oct. 31, 2011 — Multi-agency probe deals death blow to 'billion dollar' drug ring

On Monday, federal, state and local authorities announced the results of "Operation Pipeline Express," a 17-month multi-agency investigation responsible for dismantling a massive narcotics trafficking organization, suspected of smuggling more than $33 million dollars' worth of drugs a month through Arizona's western desert.  Full Story


Oct. 31, 2011 — ICE HSI agents recover 20,000 pounds of cocaine

The Panama Express Strike Force took custody of 8,963 kilogram (19,720 pounds) of cocaine in a case being explored by a team of investigators, including special agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).  Full Story
