ELSC (Enterprise Logistic Support Center)
What we do:
The ELSC provides logistics support for several CNIC programs. The primary role is receiving, inventorying and shipping equipment. All assets are entered and tracked within Remedy per CNIC direction. Additionally the ELSC manages the CNIC spares inventory and surge requirement equipment, programs radios when required by CNIC, provides ELMR radio training, responds to end-user calls regarding non-functional radios, and facilitates problem resolution with third party OEM. The ELSC also provides a single point of entry for all repair/replace requests received from the field.

The Enterprise Land Mobile Radio (ELMR) System is a non-tactical Commander Navy Installation Command sponsored (Association of Public Safety Communication Officers [APCO]) Project 25 compliant, National Telecommunications Information Agency (NTIA) conformant trunked land mobile radio system that will be installed at every non-BRAC listed Navy installation throughout CONUS.
The Wireless Pier Connection System (WPCS) replaces the current copper or fiber connection, used by ships at CONUS Naval Bases, and provides pier connectivity at locations that have no wired connections installed or planned.
