The Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) presents the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) numbers by North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code cross-reference which links to the applicable FSS number based upon NAICS code.  Once the applicable FSS contract number has been located, you can search the GSA eLibrary site by socioeconomic category.  A spreadsheet containing the GSA eLibrary Contracts with Socio-Economic details is also available and will be updated monthly.  We have also prepared a spreadsheet containing the GSA eLibrary Contracts with SDVOSB and VOSB company status.

From the NAICS Code to FSS Contract Number Spreadsheet, find the applicable FSS number, then enter it in the “Quick Schedule” drop down box and click the “Go” button.

Select the SIN (the more specific category) for the most appropriate schedule to meet your acquisition requirement.

Select the socio-economic category you want to search by from the drop-down box and click the “Go” button.  Note:  You can select more than one socio-economic category by holding down the control button on your keyboard.

The list of companies that meet the socio-economic goals will appear.
