A left-click on the link
below will download the EQR Submission Software installation file. If you are using MS Internet
Explorer, you will be given the options to (1) Install the software from
its current location; or, (2) Download the installation file. If you are using Netscape,
the only option is to download the installation file. In either event, once the
Installation File is downloaded, you must double-click on the installation file
from Windows Explorer to begin application installation. The Installation File can be
discarded after the installation of the software. Its only purpose is to install the software
on your workstation. After installation,
it is no longer needed. If you need to
install the software on other workstations, you can copy the Installation File
to those workstations and use it to install the EQR software on that
particular workstation. The software must be installed on the hard drive of
each workstation using the EQR Submission System. It will not operate if installed on your

to the Communications Test App Web Page EQR Data Download Application The following is a simple data download application for EQR data. This application does not provide any user interface to the data, it simply provides a way to request data for a specific company to be downloaded to a local location (to be used off-line for analysis, etc). This application is installed just like the EQR application installation. Click on the link below to download and install the program. After installation, a Start Menu item will be created ("FERC Applications\EQR Data Download") which can be invoked to download data. Note that data downloaded into the same destination will be 'merged' together. So, multiple companies can exist in a single database.
