Abstract

The March of Dimes is the leading nonprofit organization for pregnancy and baby health. With chapters nationwide and its premier event, March for BabiesĀ®, the March of Dimes works to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. The March of Dimes carries out their mission by investing in research and educating health care professionals, pregnant women and new moms. Publications

The March of Dimes publishes educational materials on topics such as: prepregnancy, prenatal care, teen pregnancy, lifestyle behaviors/risk factors, and genetic and other birth defects. Bilingual and Spanish-language materials also are available.
