Alan K. "Keith" Holt, a Defense Intelligence Senior Leader, is the Technical Adviser, National Intelligence Program Resources, Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C. He is the Headquarters U.S. Air Force technical authority for National Intelligence Program resource requirements and allocations. He advises the Director of ISR Resources on policy, program analysis, budget formulation and execution. He also serves as the National Intelligence Program Panel Chair.

Mr. Holt is a native of Kings Mountain, N.C., and began his career with the Air Force in 1983 when he was commissioned a second lieutenant as a graduate of the ROTC program at North Carolina State University. During his career, Mr. Holt has held progressively more responsible positions in the areas of budget formulation, program integration and resource management.  In addition to ISR, he has worked in financial management, services and civil engineering.
