Brig. Gen. Mark M. McLeod is the Director for Logistics, Engineering and Security Assistance, Headquarters U.S. Pacific Command, Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii. He is responsible for the planning, coordination, and integration of strategic Logistics, Engineering and Security Cooperation in support of U.S. National Defense Strategy in order to build U.S. and partner capacities to accomplish the USPACOM mission across the Asia-Pacific theater.

General McLeod entered the Air Force in 1986 after completing Officer Training School, Lackland AFB, Texas. In addition to his various wing maintenance positions, he has managed Programmed Depot Repair operations, performed C-5 Weapon System Manager duties, served as Maintenance Liaison to the Republic of Korea Air Force, oversaw U.S. Central Command strategic sea-/airlift transportation movements, commanded two Expeditionary Maintenance Groups, and performed logistics, installation and mission support planning and programming at Headquarters Air Force.

Prior to his current position, the general was the Director of Logistics, Headquarters Pacific Air Forces, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, responsible for the maintenance and support of tactical fighter, reconnaissance and support aircraft; supplies and equipment; general- and special-purpose vehicles; storage and maintenance of war reserve materiel, and conventional munitions. He also served as the Director of Logistics for Joint Task Force 519, responsible for campaign logistics support for all military forces assigned to the task force.
