On October 9, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, authority to Intelsat License LLC to construct and launch a
geostationary-satellite orbit satellite, Intelsat 27, at the 55.5° W.L. orbital location. Intelsat is authorized to construct and launch Intelsat 27,
which will be capable of operating in the 243.52-268.16 MHz, 292.835-317.33 MHz, 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz
(Earth-to-space), 11.45-12.20 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.50-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.50 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
Intelsat is also authorized to operate Intelsat 27 in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.45-12.20 GHz
(space-to-Earth), 12.50-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands at the 55.5º W.L. orbital location. In
addition, Intelsat is authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations for Intelsat 27 at the 55.5º W.L. orbital location using the
center frequencies of 3701.25 MHz, 3701.75 MHz, 3702.25 MHz, and 3702.75 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 5925.5 MHz and 6424.5 MHz
(Earth-to-space).

On October 10, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of GeoEye License Corp. to add authority to launch and
operate an additional Earth Exploration Satellite Service space station, GeoEye-2, as part of its non-geostationary-orbit satellite system.
GeoEye-2 is authorized to transmit remote-sensing data in the 8025-8400 MHz frequency band, transmit telemetry and tracking signals in a 120
kHz channel centered on 8389 MHz, and receive command signals in a 64 kHz channel with a center frequency of 2052 MHz, from a circular
orbit in the same plane as GeoEye-1 with a baseline altitude of 681 km.

On October 11, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days,
to continue to conduct in-orbit testing of the Intelsat 23 space station at the 51.5° W.L. orbital location in the 3700 - 4200 MHz (space-to-Earth),
5925 - 6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.45 - 11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7 - 12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0 - 14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space)
frequency bands. Additionally, Intelsat is granted authority to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain
Intelsat 23 at 51.5° W.L. and to drift Intelsat 23 from 51.5° W.L. to its authorized location at 53.0° W.L. using center frequencies of 6173.7 MHz
and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space) and 3947.5/3948 MHz or 3952/3952.5 MHz (space-to-Earth).

band (space-to-Earth) to Intelsat's earth station in Napa, California, as well as in the visible portion of International Telecommunication Union
Region 2.

kilohertz feeder uplink channel centered at 150.025 MHz with all satellites in the Orbcomm non-voice, non-geostationary mobile satellite service
system.

Hughes Network Systems, LLC
On October 11, 2012, the Satellite Division determined that Hughes Network Systems, LLC, met the launch and operation milestone
associated with the EchoStar XVII space station (Call Sign S2753) at the 107.1° W.L. orbital location. The Satellite Division previously
determined that Hughes had met the first three milestones for this space station. Consequently, Hughes may release the bond associated
with Call Sign S2753, as provided in the Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Report and
Order, and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, IB Docket No. 02-34, 18 FCC Rcd 10760 (2003); Amendment of the Commission's
Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Order on Reconsideration and Fifth Report and Order, IB Docket No. 02-34, 19 FCC Rcd
12637 (2004).
