Perquimans Marine Industrial Park
The Perquimans Marine Industrial Park is a 72 acre site in Perquimans County. After four years of planning and permitting effort, the site is now ready for development. A 16.5-acre man-made marine basin is planned that will be 300 feet wide with 10 feet of water depth. The site’s close proximity to the Norfolk, Va., area makes it an ideal location for businesses looking to expand into the southeast Virginia or US east coast markets.
