  20. Obamacare has driven up taxes, increased health care costs and placed bureaucrats in the way of patient driven care—Obamacare is a malady to the American people, and American prosperity. It needs to be repealed and replaced. I will continue to advocate for stronger, smarter and more cost effective measures to solve our nation’s healthcare crisis.
  21. Today, I was honored to receive the Champion of National Security Award from the Center for Security Policy. 25. Today, we learned through emails obtained by Reuters that the Obama Administration knew within hours of the deadly September 11th attack in Libya of an Islamic militant group taking credit for the act of terror.

These emails contradict the Obama Administration’s initial claims. The American people and the families of the victims deserve the truth about who knew what, and when. http://tinyurl.com/94jf3gj

  31. As part of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, I remain committed to securing two fundamental principles. First, Americans have a right to know that the money Washington takes from them is well spent. And Americans deserve an efficient, effective government that works for them. Our duty on the Oversight Committee is to protect these rights.
