11/2/2010 - QALAT, Afghanistan (AFNS)  -- Air Force, Army, Department of State, U.S. Agency for International Development and U.S. Department of Agriculture personnel assigned to the Provincial Reconstruction Team Zabul patrol here for situational awareness Nov. 1. The team works with the government of Afghanistan to improve stability and development throughout the province.
