Recovery Programs and Funding
Through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) the N.C. Department of Commerce is currently overseeing federal recovery funding in six program areas that are creating jobs, providing workforce training, supporting community development, making homes more energy efficient, and encouraging innovation in green energy application.
