Stanley bowling center to get bigger role, 24-hour service

BOSS luau bestows end-of-summer fun

Recent shift to AMC enables streamlined logistics services
During an Oct. 3 ceremony at Camp Casey, Soldiers assigned to the U.S. Army Garrison Red Cloud and Area I’s Directorate of Logistics (DOL) put on the patch of the Army Materiel Command, of which they are now a part under an Army-wide change that took effect Oct. 1. West Casey Chapel reopens after stem-to-stern overhaul
During a Sept. 7 ribbon-cutting celebrating the reopening of the West Casey Chapel, members of a Gospel choir sing for an audience of about 60 Soldiers, civilians and families members. 2ID gears up for use of new MRAPs

In quest of the Expert Infantryman Badge
At Warrior Base Sept. 27, Cpl. Park Eu-tteum of Company B, 2nd Battalion, 9th Infantry Regiment, is poised to throw a hand grenade as part of a qualification test for award of the Expert Infantryman Badge. Paul Whitley of the 304tth Signal Battalion, competing in the 165-pound weight class, attempts to lift 295 pounds during a powerlifting competition held at the Camp Stanley Fitness Center, Sept. 22. He and 15 other lifters competed against themselves and each other in the squat, bench press and dead lift. Friendship fest strengthens alliance
At the ROK-U.S. Cultural Plaza in Dongducheon near Camp Casey Sept. 22, traditional Korean dances are performed during the 8th Korean-American Friendship Festival.
