DLA Customer Assistance Handbook
The DLA Customer Assistance Handbook is marked FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY and is not open to the public. Only DLA customers with a need-to-know will be granted access to the Handbook, either on-line or in hard copy. If non-government persons working on government projects require the DLA Customer Assistance Handbook, either in hardcopy or on-line access, please have your government Contracting Officer (CO) contact the Handbook Editor at handbook@dla.mil.
DLA customers can click on the link here 18th Edition (2010) DLA Customer Assistance Handbook to register for a user ID and password in order to access the Handbook.
DLA customers may order hard copy of the 18th Edition (2010) DLA Customer Assistance Handbook on-line by completing the Information Request Form Information Request Form.
