Judy Brown

Judy Brown retired in 2006 as the Emerging Technology Analyst in the Office of Learning and Information Technology at the University of Wisconsin System. In early 2000, she founded and was Executive Director at the UW System of the Academic ADL Co-Lab with the U.S. Department of Defense. Judy has been involved in technology for learning for over 25 years, and with mobile learning since 1996. She now works entirely in the mobile learning area with government, corporations, and schools. Currently back with the ADL as a SETA Contractor, Katmai Corporation, in support of the ADL Initiative, Judy leads the mobile learning team.

Jason Haag

Jason Haag's interest and background is in learning technology and standards. Jason spent eight years supporting the U.S. Navy in both engineering and management roles before joining the Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) Initiative. He currently provides Systems Engineering and Technical Analysis (SETA) support for the ADL Initiative, sponsored by the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness (OUSD P&R). As a member of the ADL team, he primarily focuses on Mobile Learning (mLearning), mobile device platforms and technology, and best practices for implementation. He also provides direct support and analysis on SCORM and the ADL Registry for ADL.
