Cibola County, the City of Grants, and the Village of Milan will be applying for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding in 2013 to help support various projects proposed for our communities. In order to apply for this CDBG funding, certain basic demographic information must be collected for households within the City of Grants and Village of Milan. Research & Polling, Inc., an independent research firm, has been commissioned to conduct this household survey to collect the necessary demographic information.

The County is asking all households to please complete a questionnaire (based on your household information) and mail it back as soon as possible in the postage paid envelope provided. This questionnaire will be mailed out within the City of Grants and Village of Milan limits the week of Nov. 19th. Please be assured that your responses will be held in the strictest confidence. Your cooperation in this survey is greatly appreciated.
