Chief, Complaints Examining Unit

Audre Fields-Williams began her Federal Government career with the U.S. Department of Treasury, Bureau of Government Financial Operations, as an assistant on the executive staff. Fields-Williams then transferred to the U.S. Office of Interior, Bureau of Land Management in the Human Capital Office as a Human Resources Specialist responsible for Classification, Staffing and Employee Relation issues. She came to the U.S. Office of Special Counsel in 1990 as a Complaints Examiner in the Complaints Examining Unit and became Chief of the Complaints Examining Unit in 2005. Fields-Williams has over 30 years of Federal Government Service, 22 of those years with the U.S. Office of Special Counsel.
