Co-organized by Frontex and the European Commission, this event will constitute the 1st global initiative dedicated to ABC technologies and will serve as a platform for dialogue among relevant stakeholders in the field. The aim is to bring together government officials from national border management and immigration authorities, Ministries of Interior, other law enforcement agencies responsible for border security, policy makers, and technologies and products relevant to ABC. The Conference will focus on the operational and practical challenges linked to the use of automation, the need for and benefits of global interoperability, and the ways this can be achieved and promoted.
