Version 1.1 of the General Services Administration’s (GSA) Open Government Plan includes substantive improvements to its already strong plan.   The updated version fulfills all of the requirements not met by its initial plan posted on April 7. Specifically, the plan is significantly strengthened and brought into line with the requirements of the Open Government Directive (OGD) by GSA’s efforts to better identify its audience, propose new policy changes, and continue the innovation process.  The updated plan also exceeds the basic requirement to foster public use government information.
