Mission Command Branch, MC CoE
Mission: Mission Command Branch assists the director in leading mission command DOTMLPF capabilities development among stakeholders in order to support and prepare Army leaders for success in unified land operations.
Organization: A six-man organization that focuses on assisting the director in integrating mission command doctrine, training, leadership and education development functions into mission command DOTMLPF capabilities development.

- Manage DOTMLPF integration efforts for CAC-assigned proponents and major responsibility areas.
- Support the identification of resource-informed, integration focused, outcome-based (RIO) future mission command capabilities and the delivery of current RIO mission command requirements.
- Connect and coordinate mission command lessons learned and mission command training, leader development, and education requirements with the capabilities and capacities that can positively affect them.
- Connect and coordinate mission command capabilities development initiatives with other CoEs and appropriate organizations within Joint, DA, TRADOC, FORSCOM, ASA-ALT, AMC, ARCYBER, ARCIC, DARPA, industry, and academia.
- Lead or support various interdisciplinary research working groups involving the future of the mission command warfighting function.
