The Revised 2012 DOD PAX Newsletters, No. 3.2.1, Area Cost Factor, dated 21 Mar 2012 replaces the previously posted 2012 DOD PAX Newsletters, No. 3.2.1, dated 19 Jan 2112, which contained CONUS locations ACF only. This revised PAX Newsletter contains both CONUS and OCONUS ACF locations and incorporates the most recent OSD’s official currency exchange rates.
The revised PAX Newsletter No. 3.2.2, Unit Costs for Army Facilities, dated 28 Mar 2012, replaced the previously posted 2011 PAX Newsletter 3.2.2, dated 4 Jan 2011. This revised PAX Newsletter shows a different date (25 Apr 2012) for Part-II, Unit Costs for Support Facilities. The Support Facilities unit costs have been thoroughly revised and updated using the latest RS Means cost data.
