Biographical Sketch
Isaac Ovadia joined LBNL in 2007 to provide Computer Operations and Network support to NERSC and ESNET. Isaac has a BS degree in Informations Systems Management from the University of San Francisco. In addition, he has a certification in Unix Systems Administration and is a Certified Network Administrator. Isaac has over 25 years of experience in computer operations and network support that spans several industries. He is currently working on monitoring and performing initial analysis of all systems failures and initiate appropriate recovery procedures on all mainframe supercomputers, mass storage systems, servers and network components within the NERSC and ESnet environments.
