BJS Human Subjects/Confidentiality RequirementsAll recipients of funding from BJS are required to comply with the Federal requirements concerning human subjects research and confidentiality of information identifiable to a private person. All applicants should review the following materials prior to submission of an application. These materials are in portable document format (pdf) which require the Adobe Acrobat reader to be viewed. The last two listed are electronic versions of the forms pertaining to human subjects research and data confidentiality which must be submitted with the application.
