Construction Status
- Balfour-Beatty, Inc. substantially completed the pumping plant and fish screen on 26 September 2012 with TCCA taking over operations on 28 September 2012.
- Moving Waters Industries have tested and delivered all of the pump/motors.
- West Bay Builders reached substantial completion in December 2011.
- The Terrestrial Mitigation Project is on schedule to be completed with earthwork by 31 October 2012 and complete plantings by 31 December 2012.
- Total project cost estimate is $185 million.
- Funding: $115.7 million ARRA, $12 million State of California, $57.3 other federal.
