Main Street Jobs Agenda
As a small business owner, I know the pressures of meeting a payroll and what it takes to grow a business. That is why I believe it is important to work in a bipartisan manner to pass common-sense legislation that helps grow the economy and empowers small business owners to hire new workers.
My travels throughout the 10th District have allowed me to meet with small business owners, hold employee town halls, and cultivate new ideas to spur the economy and get Illinois back to work. My Main Street Jobs Agenda is all about working to grow our economy and I believe that we can do that by implementing the following ideas: pro-growth tax reform, increasing exports and manufacturing, access to capital for small businesses, making investments in infrastructure, utilizing domestic energy resources, STEM education, and implementing smarter regulations.
I want to bring your ideas to Washington. I am a member of the Privately-Held and Family Owned Business Caucus and the Job Creator Caucus where I have a platform to share your perspectives and work to get things done. It is my hope that you will join the conversation and utilize this jobs website to offer new ideas so that we can get our economy back on track.
