What are projected diesel fuel prices for 2012 and for 2013?

EIA's projection, as of September 11, 2012, for the average retail price of on-highway diesel fuel for September  through December 2012 is $4.01 per gallon. The projection for the average retail price in 2013 is $3.73 per gallon.
