AmeriCorps - Healthy Futures Tier 3 Measures (2011 NOFA)
The Healthy Futures Focus Area addresses health needs within communities, including access to care, aging in place, and addressing childhood obesity. This page lists the Tier 3 Measures from the 2011 AmeriCorps NOFA.
Each instrument consists of one national performance measure and includes:
