TFCC Membership

Task Force Climate Change consists of a flag-level Executive Steering Committee (ESC) and the Navy Climate Change Coordination Office (NCCCO). 

The Executive Steering Committee (ESC) 

The Oceanographer of the Navy (CNO N2/N6F5) serves as the Director of TFCC, and chairs the ESC, which includes senior (flag-level) representatives from the following office codes and organizations:

Navy Climate Change Coordination Office (NCCCO)

The Oceanographer of the Navy heads the Navy Climate Change Coordination Office, which acts as Executive Secretary to the ESC and as the coordination point to execute ESC guidance by developing plans and frameworks.  The NCCCO is managed by the Deputy Director of TFCC, and includes an Arctic Affairs Officer, a Climate Change Officer, and a Public Communications Officer.
