Located in the heart of Mercer County, the clinic provides primary care, physical exams, weight management, smoking cessation counseling, routine laboratory and physical therapy.  Outpatient behavioral health services including individual therapy and medication management are also available at the clinic.  Referrals to a psychiatrist in Butler may also be provided through secure videoconferencing from the clinic.
