OS-13 Oversupply Rate Proceeding


    BPA will conduct an OS-13 rate proceeding to establish a rate to recover the cost associated with the Oversupply Management Protocol. Information regarding the workshops prior to the initiation of the rate case and other pertinent information can be found here.
