United States Army Office of the Chief of Chaplains This is the official website for the Office of the Chief of Chaplains. The website highlights several programs, including the Strong Bonds program, a unit-based, chaplain-led program that helps Soldiers and their families build strong relationships. Air Force Family Advocacy Program This website is the central online resource for Air Force FAP and is regularly updated with new information. It includes links to a video center with visual training materials and other materials describing domestic abuse support programs. Please note: At this time, this information requires a Common Access Card (CAC) PKI certification for access.
