State Benefits

Dual mission may mean more benefits.

As a Guard member, you serve a dual mission. You’re a member of the only military branch that answers the call of both the federal and state governments. And many states and territories offer their own incentives in addition to the benefits available from federal programs, including even more money for college.

These benefits vary from state to state (or territory). Be sure to contact your local recruiter to find out more about the full list of your individual state’s benefits, and learn how they can make your Guard service even more valuable.

Note: Army National Guard programs and benefits are subject to change. For the latest information, please contact your local recruiter.
