We will make a delivery every two weeks. The only exceptions will be on selected holidays. In these instances, you will receive a double quantity of water delivered prior to the holiday to ensure you have enough water to last until your next scheduled delivery date.
Absolutely! You can contact Culligan Customer Service prior to your delivery date or ask your driver when he makes the delivery.
Contact Culligan Customer Service at least 30 days prior to your PCS. We will arrange for pick up of the water cooler and provide you with your final billing.

We accept Military Star Card or Major Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), no check payments. You will receive your monthly statement before it is charged to your Military Star Card or credit card.
