All of the components of the government listed here were not required to develop open government plans, but have done some work to address the issue. Some of these entities have posted abbreviated plans or web pages describing their efforts to be more transparent, participatory and collaborative; some have posted plan previews or notices that a plan is being developed. While these agencies have not yet posted enough substance to fairly evaluate their efforts, we look forward to seeing the plans they develop in the future.
