Merkley: The Federal Government Must Keep Their Commitment to Oregon's Rural Counties

Oregon's Senator Jeff Merkley spoke on the floor on the need for the federal government to keep their commitment to securing our rural schools and government. Senator Merkley said county payments must continue until a long term solution is found.
