MONROVIA, Liberia — The guided-missile frigate USS Carr (FFG 52) arrives here Jan. 15, 2006. Carr is supporting the inauguration of newly elected president, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf. Carr is home-ported at Norfolk, Va., and joins the 6th Fleet command and control ship USS Mount Whitney (LCC/JCC 20) for the ceremony.
