[Highlight] 4. Improve Tradecraft in Services Acquisition
[Response] The ACC staff is not familiar with the AFCEA templates you are requesting. For more information on PWS, QASP and PRS templates, please visit our site for the ARRT, or Automated Requirements Roadmap Tool located at: https://acc.dau.mil/arrt. The Services Acquisition Mall (SAM) provides templates as well: http://sam.dau.mil/default.aspx. If you need the specific AFCEA templates, we recommend you contact AFCEA directly.

[Question] Do you have any training on writing a PWS
[Question] innovative contracting
[Question] I am managing an IDIQ contract which may contain FFP, LH, T&M or CPFF task orders. I received a request from the contractor to adjust their rates for the base year that expired in Aug 09. The request is due to a rate change after they receive the approved FPRA Rates from DCAA. The new approved rates are higher than the negotiated rates which will cause the total value of the contract to drastically increase. A DCAA auditor recommended that a downward only saving clause be included in this contract that will allow for adjustments downward only. Could you please direct me to the correct clause that provides the authority to incorporate such clause? Or could you please provide the verbiage to be included in a reopener clause (downward pricing)?
